This week we will be making Whoopie Pies!! Isn't that a great name for a cookie? My magazine has about six recipes to choose from, and the one that won out this week is Red Velvet Whoopie Pies with Peppermint Filling.

sounds really fun, I was actually thinking about coming down there with Tyson tomorrow to join in the fun, but it just wasn't doable tomorrow, maybe next time.
I am so sad to miss this but I am sure they will turn out GREAT! Have fun!!
